
Watermelon Wavelength
1 1/2 C. Diced seeded watermelon
3/4 C. Lemon sorbet
8 Ice cubes
1 Tbl. fresh lemon juice
Pinch of salt
Place all ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth.
I also want to say thoughts and prayers are with the Gulf Coast. Praying and hoping that the hurricane will not become the monster that was Katrina.
That smoothie sounds very refreshing! My prayers are added right along side yours.
