I recently received a wonderful gift from Holly. She is such a talented artist. She made this beautiful watercolor with Chelsea's name. In a full circle moment, I had some vintage wallpaper I had purchased from Holly a while back and thought it would make the perfect mat for her darling painting. I got the frame on sale and spray painted it with some paint I had on hand.
It is now hanging in Chelsea's room and she loves to look at it. I do too!

On a more somber note, I want to take a moment to pay tribute to Kipper. He was the best friend of one of our own, Ms. Susie Q of Rabbit Run Cottage. Kipper crossed the Rainbow Bridge earlier this week. Sue's Kipper posts always brought a smile to my face. There are some great ones here, here and here.

Beautiful framed work, lovely backing too. Poor Kipper, he did indeed bring joy and will be surely missed. Hugs, Margie.
Oh sweet friend...I can't tell you what this meant to me. Kip would be so honored. I know I sure am. Thank you so much. Many hugs and much love always.
Love,
Sue
It's so sad to lose one of our pets..... I know your friend will miss her beautiful Kip....
The art work is so beautiful!!! Great job!
Hugs,
the painting is lovely and please pass on how sorry I am about Kipper, they are members of our families, another child! Rachaelxo
Oh you are very fortunate to have one of Holly's pieces!!! She is so talented. I can see Chelsea loving this also :)
I will stop by to give my best to Ms. Susie Q so difficult this time or any time!
The painting is beautiful. What a good friend (and talented, too).
I must visit Susie Q -- I've been so behind checking on everyone, I missed this. I, too, remember Kipper stories, and what a lovely tribute. I know he's waiting at the bridge.
