A Few of My Favorite Things

Coca Cola Classic - my all time favorite beverage! I never got into diet sodas (K & K 's Diet Coke is safe around me!). I do not like the taste, give me the full sugar version anyday! I love to drink it ice cold in a frosty glass. I found this glass on a flea market trip. As soon as I poor the soda in, it starts to freeze and makes a yummy slush on top. Yum!

Jeff and I were married almost three years ago (in June). My now 11 year-old cousin Bethany served as a junior bridesmaid. Recently she was given a school assignment of writing a memoir. She chose to write about the wedding and how special she felt and how much fun she had. This past weekend was her birthday and imagine my surprise when she presented me with a gift at her party! She typed up her memoir in a fancy font, added a picture and bound it with ribbon bows. It is such a precious piece that I will treasure always.

What are some of your favorite things?

**Reminder - A giveaway winner will be picked on Sunday. There is still time to enter. Just leave a comment on the post below.

Have a great day!

That is so sweet! I still remember being in my cousins wedding at age four. I was the flower girl and I loved every minute.

I'm just like you - nothing better than a real, sugary Coke! Not Pepsi, not diet Coke... but a good old fashioned bottle of icy cold sugary coke! lol

What a sweet momento your cousin gave to you!

My favorite drink was Diet Dr. Pepper! Once in a while I'd drink Diet Coke! But I could never drink the "real" thing(s), I thought they were too sweet! And I LOVE sugar, so don't know why that happened. But then I pretty much stopped drinking soda altogether, I decided to try water, and I like it! But I must have soda with pizza!

I have tons of other favorite things...but today I'm going to add SUN! Which is now filling my office with light and I'm lovin' it!

Sweet gift!

Have a great weekend!

Hi Karla,

My fav drink is my homemade veggie juice with lemon, salt, cayenne and celery stick. I'm more of a savoury tooth then a sweet tooth.

My fave thing is my pets, their really my fluffy children. Another fave for me is whenever I take a trip, business or pleasure I love to hit the antique shops where ever I'm visiting.

God bless,
Laura
