Ice Cream, Candy, Sprinkles!

I want to say a big thank you to everyone for the kind comments and e-mails on my resin post. I decided to make a few for Etsy and see how it goes.

I'm a big sweets addict so the focus is all ice cream, Popsicles, and candy! Yum yum.

I also added some new necklaces in candy colors and made from vintage bits and bobs.

Hope you enjoy!

It is a scorcher here today. My family and I participated in a charity road race this morning and I thought we were all going to melt! Some nice people that live along the route stood at their curbs with their hoses spraying into the street - I went through a couple of those! The race/walk was in honor of the Petit family, a local family that was taken from us during a tragic home invasion one year ago this Wednesday. We continue to keep them and their surviving family and friends in our prayers.

Hi Karla,
Those are too cute! I purchased some resin months ago with the intention of making some pendants and haven't done anything with it yet!
Hope you have a fabulous week.
Blessings,
Sandy :)

OH, Karla, love the summery colors! You must be busy, running and creating! What could be better? (Very cool thing your family did to run for the family from the tragedy a year ago, which I remember you talking about.)

Wonderful creations Karla! They remind me of my childhood. I was always facinated by things suspended in glass.

Hugs!

Beautiful! Your work is outstanding -- I know it will go beautifully on Etsy!

And congratulations on surviving a race in this heat. That's a terrific reason to do it, though.

Finally, guess what I found today when I finally picked up my nest? You guessed it! Egyptian wrap! I can't mail it till I'm back from vacation but I'll slice off some for you -- perhaps future reference, if it's too late for your book.

I should clean more often!

Will check in on you after August 4!
